3d Portrait of an Ukrainian Old Woman in front of a Burning City. Acrylic on Cardboard and Recycled Plastic Bottles [Recycled Art]. The woman is crying and holding her hands together in prayer. Behind her tall buildings have been bombed and are burning. Her face is completely wrinkled and shows signs of great suffering. Painted in Spring 2023 in rsponse to the Russian invasion of Ukraine

The irregularity  of the surface distortes the image and adds drammatism to the scene.
