Work for the Stage
Ivan Fyodorovich. Examples of Work for the Stage
Between 2004 and 2020 I was Artistic Director at the University of Valladolid Opera Project. I had the fortune to bring to the stage productions of wonderful works such as Der Freischütz, Simon Boccanegra, Sanson et Dalila, Rusalka, Eugene Onegin or Manon, among others
Part of my job description was to build the sets and as the budget was very low I had to find alternative ways of construction. Soon I discovered that recycling cardboard boxes and food containers was a very efective way building very cheap sets as well as contributing to keep the planet cleaner.
